INSURANCE INFORMATION

 

The renter shall at their expense cover by insurance the replacement value of equipment rented for all loss and damage, and shall provide proof of this coverage with a certificate of insurance:

 

a) To include, Liability insurance.

 

b) This certificate should denote Banana Grip Equipment as Additional Insured and Loss Payee in any claim.

 

Banana Grip Equipment shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise resulting from:

 

a) Any delay, detention, late delivery, non-delivery, defect or deficiency in rented equipment or other materials supplied, handled, stored, repaired, transported, received or processed.

 

b) or from the services of technicians, drivers, or any other personnel or service provided by Banana Grip Equipment.
